Commercial Preventive General Maintenance

Performing general preventive maintenance on refrigeration equipment includes inspection of electrical components, verification of compressor amperage, drainage system inspection and cleaning, condenser coil cleaning, condenser fan bearing inspection, and operational span testing. Adjustment of temperature settings on an as-needed basis and verification of proper system operation upon completion.
