Completed Work — Fryer Drain Valve Replacement

Disconnected the fryer from the gas and electrical supplies before beginning work. Replacement of the drain valve required extensive disassembly, including removal of the fryer’s front assembly and disassembly of the electrical control section to access the valve.

Removed the existing drain valve, installed the new replacement valve, and reconnected and secured the drain assembly and associated fittings. Reassembled the electrical control section and reinstalled the fryer’s front assembly.

Reconnected the fryer to the gas and electrical supplies and tested operation following completion of the repair.
