REQUEST DESCRIPTION:
Top oven is not turning on when plugged in and is accompanied by loud buzzing

DIAGNOSTICS:                                                                                                                    The top oven had excessive moisture coming from the bottom oven as a vapor to the top oven. It was confirmed with the on-site manager that the cleaning service had splashed water onto the bottom oven, which caused several operational issues, including improper oven function to a bottom oven and to the top oven as well. Found that the pilot ignition board is burned out and temp control stopped functioning properly. P/S Proposal with detailed description of parts and labor was emailed a day ago. Thank you
