REQUEST DESCRIPT                                                                                                               Oven is intermittently tripping the breaker

DIAGNOSTICS:                                                                                                                         The oven switch was tripping due to a lower tolerance to a higher amperage. Higher amperage happens to many factors including an airflow. At the time of the diagnostics visit it was found that the oven was pushed against the wall without having required back space. Technician positioned the oven with the required clearance and explained to the manager on site the importance of keeping the oven away from the wall for the airflow. Oven at the time of the diagnostics worked fine with the switch handling the amperage.            RECOMENDATIONS:                                                                                                                   In case of the switch malfunctioning in the near future, we would recommend replacing the switch. At this time no parts need to be replaced.
